There is a short walk from Ferry Meadows train station to the Firework Fiesta event. Please keep to the pathways and be aware that cars will be using Ham Lane on the night.

Pedestrians

Pedestrians can make their way directly to Ferry Meadows via the following routes:

From Lynch Wood - Along the footpath and over the railway bridge.

From Orton Waterville - Up through Ham Lane.

From Thorpe Wood - Along the footpaths, cross over the River Nene via Bluebell Bridge and then Ham Bridge. Tickets can either be bought in advance of purchased on the night.

By Car

If travelling by car you can purchase (in advance ONLY) one of the limited car parking tickets for up to 5 adults. You can drive to Ferry Meadows via Ham Lane and park in Oak Meadow. Please ensure you arrive in plenty of time as the event can become congested with traffic - gates open at 4pm. You could also park offsite (see next section) and then walk to the event as a pedestrian and enter using either tickets bought in advance or paid for upon arrival. Details of the available carparks will be finaised in the coming weeks and published on this page.

After the fireworks have finished, please stagger your departure times if parking in Oak Meadow. There is only one route out of Ferry Meadows shared by both cars and pedestrians. The pedestrians departing via Ham Lane are given priority for health and safety reasons and the exit route will become congested. To aid this, Lite FM will continue their stage show in order to provide superb entertainment and help your evening be even more enjoyable.

Parking is available for disabled persons or those needing special assistance. Please make this known to the stewards on Ham Lane at the earliest opportunity.
